This document clearly sets out your responsibilities and ours regarding the use of the mvw platform, account management, accepting bonuses and payments.

General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mvw platform and all services included within it. By accessing the website, opening an account, or starting to use any game or betting service, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full.
mvw is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting including cricket. These services are for adult users only and must be used in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and personal judgment.

Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account at mvw, you must provide accurate and complete information. mvw reserves the right to close an account at any time if it was registered with false information. Each individual may open only one account.
2.2 Required Information
- Full name (as per National ID card)
- Date of birth (for age verification)
- Active mobile number (for OTP verification)
- Valid email address
- Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer)
2.3 Single Account Ownership
Your account is entirely personal. Sharing your password or login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
Age Verification
All mvw services are strictly for users aged 21 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. mvw may request a National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate for age verification at any time.
If required documents for verification are not submitted on time, the account may be temporarily suspended. If it is confirmed that the user is underage, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.
Payments and Transactions
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at mvw is ৳100. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). Deposit details must be provided accurately; mvw will not be responsible for funds lost due to incorrect information.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Payment methods are the same as for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
4.3 Transaction Conditions
- You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Receiving or sending payments through a third party is not permitted.
- If any transaction appears suspicious, mvw may put it on hold until it has been verified.
- If there is an active bonus in your account, withdrawal is not permitted until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 20x — meaning you must place bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount before the winnings from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus is ৳2,000, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Wagering = ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.
5.2 Ongoing Promotions
- mvw Weekly Deposit Gift: 50% bonus on a qualifying deposit once per week, up to ৳5,000. Wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳100.
- mvw Weekend Bonanza: 30% bonus on the last two days of the week, up to ৳3,000. Wagering 15x, minimum deposit ৳100.
- Slot Fiesta Special Reward: 40% bonus once per day in the slots section, up to ৳4,000. Wagering 25x, minimum deposit ৳100.
- Birthday Gift: Up to ৳1,500 reward during the birthday month registered on your account. Wagering 10x.
- Refer a Friend mvw Bonus: Up to ৳2,000 reward for each successfully verified referral. Wagering 12x.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- A bonus may only be used in the game category designated for that bonus.
- Winnings earned through a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.
VIP Program
The mvw VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit, calculated based on the user's total net losses for that week.
- Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Example: A Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.
Advancing through VIP tiers depends on continued activity on the platform. If activity drops significantly, the tier may change. Cashback for each tier is calculated automatically based on the week's net losses.
User Conduct
7.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on mvw:
- Using bots, automated scripts or third-party software to place bets or play games.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Taking any fraudulent action against other users.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain — if any such issue is found, it must be reported to mvw immediately.
7.2 Consequences
mvw reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action in the event of a breach of these prohibitions.
Security and Privacy

To keep your account secure:
- Use a strong and unique password.
- Avoid logging in on public computers or shared networks.
- Log out after every session.
- If you notice any suspicious activity related to your account, inform us immediately.
Responsible Gaming

Account Closure
10.1 Closure at User Request
You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure, and if any active wagering requirement has not been met, the related bonus will be cancelled.
10.2 Closure by mvw
mvw may suspend or permanently close an account in the event of a breach of the Terms, detection of fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. In such cases, whether the balance is forfeited depends on the outcome of the investigation.
Limitation of Liability
mvw makes every effort to keep its platform running, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical faults, maintenance or reasons beyond our control. mvw is not obliged to accept claims for direct financial loss in such situations.
For any technical issues related to third-party game providers (such as Evolution, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play), the terms and conditions of the relevant provider may apply. mvw will act as an intermediary in such matters.
